    Compliments Procedure

    It is always encouraging when you feel motivated enough to compliment us or a member of our staff for something you feel we have done well, especially when the compliment comes from a service user, family member or professional. Naturally we want to pass these compliments on to our staff so they know that the people that matter appreciate their efforts and high standards.

    Complaints Procedure

    Sometimes things may not go as planned or as well as expected. Angel Support Living (UK) Limited welcomes the opportunity to learn from mistakes and continuously improve our service.

    We have a robust and documented Complaints Procedure and complaints are encouraged and welcomed, as a way of ensuring that any dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by Angel Support Living (UK) Limited is brought to the attention of the Service Manager as quickly as possible. All complaints will be fully investigated, handled sympathetically and confidentially and, where necessary, improvements made. Our aim is to deal with complaints efficiently and fairly, and, wherever possible, to achieve a resolution which is satisfactory to both the complainant and the service.
